1. Eligibility. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of Kristian Modeling and or use this Site. Membership is void where prohibited by law.  By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1a.  Our Badpuppy members receive full access to kristian.com. Credit Card Accounts and Checking Account Accounts, billed through Badpuppy and  or CCBill are recurring subscription accounts per the customers own acceptance of Badpuppy's / CCBill's billing practices which are clearly listed, in writing, on Badpuppy's / CCBill's sign up page.

Customers must cancel their own accounts.

Due to the HUGE amounts of SPAM email we get we can not guarantee that any email requests to cancel your account will be seen or even found, therefore you agree, AND GUARANTEE, TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT YOURSELF, and hold Kristian Modeling, Inc. harmless for any charges applied to your account for not  self canceling your own membership. You may also email CCbill or CCBill's support  web site.

1c.Kristain.com's & KristianModels.com's web sites are software, and No offer of refund(s), once entering kristian.com or www.kristianmodels.com, will be given as per most retail establishment's policies in dealing with software, games, videos, movies, c/d's, ect,,, that have been opened, downloaded, played, listened to, viewed and possibly saved to the users hard drive.

1d. Neither CCBill or Kristian Modeling, will be held responsible for false or incorrect information being imputed into CCbill's systems during sign in procedures, i.e, changes in address, phone numbers or change/ cancellations of e-mail addresses. CCBill, Inc. are the authorized billing agents for this company  Once your billing is past 3 days, your maintain the responsibility of it's automated renewal.  You will be sent a billing statement each month via Ibill / CCBill email and a credit card billing statement / banking statement, from your respective credit card / banking provider, for your verification. It is your responsibility verify each months billing through your email receipt from Ibill, / CCbill and your credit card company's billing statement. You are billed as CCBill.com*kristian. (see 1e.) Trial Subscriptions (if offered) may not always have all our models view able during the limited trial period due to updates, construction, re construction and new arrivals.

1e. Kristian Modeling does not make any implied warranty for like, or dislike, of the material contained on this web site.

1f. We can not be held responsible for your equipment working or not working.  If you state your having a viewing problem we will try to assist you in troubleshooting the problem. Most problems encountered by members are on the users own systems, ISP's, Browser's, or other routing problems that are beyond our control.  The user maintains responsibility for correcting these viewing problems.  We do not refund for user viewing problems. Members understand that viewing problems do appear for short periods due to uploads, changes in HTML and other upgrades.  If you experience a problem please let us know ASAP so that we may address the problem rapidly and fix it for you.  These minor problems are considered a acceptable product of viewing on line material.

1g. Entry into the web page, recording of I.S.P. number and use of your i-bill / CCBill entry code, constitutes your acceptance of billing practice. CCBIll is the responsible parties for all billing, and any billing errors that may occur.

1h. All cancellation requests receive a confirmation of that cancellation from Ibill, to the e-mail that was signed in with.  If your e-mail has changed, make sure we are aware of your new e-mail address.  You may cancel your own subscription, at any time, through customer service @ CCBill.com

1i.  Members understand that access to the site may be unavailable at any time for any reason within or beyond the control of Kristian Modeling Central, Inc..  Kristian Modeling Central, Inc.  shall in no event be responsible for or bear any liability for any incidental or consequential damages for any services performed or not performed under this Agreement.

1j.  The member(s) agrees that the member(s) shall not communicate their user names or passwords or subscription I.D.'s  to third parties. Kristian Modeling Central, Inc. reserves the right to revoke membership access if, in its sole discretion, it appears that such passwords are being used by non-members; are being used for commercial purposes; or are being used for any other improper or illegal purpose, without refund.

2.  There is no such thing as "Internet Public Domain", in U.S. Copyright Laws. That is a coined phrase started by news group posters, it offers you NO protection.  If it is stolen from a web site, magazine, video, ect.. that is what it is...stolen...and it remains stolen until the company, photographer, or owner gives you written permission to use it. All Photos copyright © by  Kristian Modeling & Photography, Inc. and/or Photography by Mr. Glenn Glass, Mr. Jamie Michael, Mr. Bruce Roberts, or permission by the member model.  The photographer's hold all copyright rights.
Unauthorized duplication is a violation of federal and state laws which carry both civil and criminal penalties. We will prosecute found offenders to the full extent of the law without first sending notice of impending legal action.

Kitsap County shall be the venue for any such action. This term shall not be effective if you reside in the State of California, however all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.

11. You agree that if any provision of this Statement and Agreement is held by any court to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
